Searching for SPONSORS

It's a 2-hour-long play with 34 scenes with 40 actors. We must find sponsors for the play, in cash or kind or courtesy or through advertising, or this will become a reading session at our street corner cafe over a one-by-two; you n me. I'm hunting. And I can use your help. Suggest.

Needed: A place for REHEARSALS

Any suggestions?

Any school or cheap auditorium or empty office floor, community hall, neglected house of a super rich, dilapidated building, out-of-business coffee shop, generous art gallery, rarely used indoor stadium, your backyard, their terrace...anything...

"DAD SAYS MAKE LOVE" - my new play.

A father and a son. A sunset and a sunrise. And the years in between. And a few candles at India Gate. And a passing-breeze-like girl passing like a breeze between them and around India Gate.

“Dad Says Make Love,” a 2-hour-long comedy and social satire that explores the lives of its three highly libertarian protagonists while giving us a chance to observe the smartass ways of Destiny as it brings people together and separates them at its will but only to make the whole journey a meaningful whole where nothing ever happens without a reason. Like Richard Bach says, “Here is a test to find if your mission on Earth is finished: if you are alive, it isn’t.”

Huh?! Dad says make love?!!

"Dad Says Make Love" is a horrible horrible title considering the misleading times we are living in. But if you ignore that part, I believe you will be able to see how superbly this title brings out the essence of the play. Go make love. Go live life to the fullest. On your terms. For what you believe in. Everything else can wait. Holding candles at India Gate, especially. So, I am willing to lose the readers and audience who might not touch this play on having been mislead by the title than change it to a less riskier "Father, Son and the Holy Ghost" or "I Love You, Dad!" or "You Rock, Dad!!!!" So, let's stop debating and accept the innocently straight title as it is and leave those who can be mislead to themselves. They are the same people who change the channel when someone starts singing Beatles' "All You Need is Love" :) Mush me, any day. :)
